missingWrote a review on Dec 08well-maintained poolcramped room
The hotel offers a well-maintained pool area that was a refreshing retreat after a long day of exploring Mazatlan.
The only downside I encountered was that the room felt somewhat cramped, making it less ideal for longer stays.

missingWrote a review on Dec 06cramped room
The room size leaned towards cramped, lacking the spaciousness that some might expect for a longer stay. It was clear that amenities were limited, as basic features felt for function rather than comfort. Waiting for the elevator during peak times tested my patience, which could be improved with stairs for quicker access.

missingWrote a review on Aug 05friendly servicecold pool
I appreciated the friendly service from the staff, the included free breakfast was a nice touch, and the parking was convenient for our family. The rooms, while small, were nicely decorated and provided a comfy place to unwind after a long day of exploring.
The pool was quite cold, which made it less appealing for the kids to enjoy.

the location is close to the beach, which is great for sunbathing. breakfast had some decent items, but the chilaquiles were a bit disappointing. one of the guards, francisco, was a standout. he came out to help when i was struggling and showed good customer service.
the overall experience was quite frustrating.

The pool area stood out with unique lighting, creating an inviting atmosphere, but shade options were limited under the hot sun, which could be challenging, especially for families. Finding the hotel was a hassle, and staff interactions varied. some were helpful, while others seemed dismissive. Breakfast was decent, but the chilaquiles lacked warmth and satisfaction.
